Our Process

At Esell.us, we prioritize fast and efficient delivery for our customers. Many of our popular designs are stocked in our Chicago, USA, and London, UK warehouses. However, most of our items are made to order using fresh, high-quality materials rather than mass-produced stock.

This does not affect our standard delivery time, as we keep commonly used patterns ready. Typically, it takes 4-5 business days to manufacture a jacket unless it is a custom order.

Shipping Timeframe

In normal circumstances, shipping and delivery take a maximum of 10 business days, which includes:

4-5 business days for production
4-5 business days for delivery

We use reliable courier services like DHL, FedEx, and SkyNet for fast and secure shipping. For in-stock items, we may also use Royal Mail (UK) and USPS (USA) for delivery.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping to major destinations, including the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. However, certain regions, such as Africa, Eastern Europe, and Russia, may incur additional shipping fees due to high postal costs.

Import Duties & Taxes

Esell.us is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional customs charges applied by your country. The prices listed on our website do not include these fees. We advise customers to check their local import policies before placing an order.

Restricted Countries

As per international regulations, Esell.us does not provide products or services to countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Multiple Shipments
