Order Cancellation Policy

At eSell, we value our customers’ satisfaction and understand that sometimes plans change. To support your needs, we have created a flexible order cancellation policy.

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone call within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.

• Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will incur a 35% deduction from the total amount paid.

• If you request a cancellation after 48 hours, 50% of the paid amount will be deducted.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept any cancellation requests after five days from the order confirmation date.

Important:

• Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still use our 30-day easy return policy to return the product and receive a refund. Simply ship the item back to our warehouse following our return instructions.
